 The
auction of Yashi Building in Jan 1st, 2001
In Jan 1st, 2001, we were authorized in the
auction of Yashi Building, located to the southeast of Lianhuachi
Park. In order to have abundant information, we made on-the-spot investigation
in the condition and using situations of the building, contacted more
than 40 institutions and companys, and finally held the auction in
China World Hotel.
The purchase price was RMB 200,000,000, the highest among real property
auctions in Beijing.
The auction of stock shares of China Minsheng Bank, held by
Harbin Flax Factory in July 1999
In 1999, when there was no cases of financial
stock share auctions before in China, we accomplished the first auction.
The courthouse commissioned us to avoid panic bank withdrawals, shareholders'
discontentment and auction failure.
To accomplish such a difficult case, we consulted People's Bank of
China- the central bank, and China Minsheng Bank for the particular
policies and rules, and discussed the auction plan with the Financial
Affairs Committee and PBC, and achieved favorable comment.

We were authorized to the auction of workshops
and buildings of Youba Co. Beijing, and we found some serious flaws
of the project. In order to solve the subsequent problems when carrying
out the project, we applied for an official letter with the courthouse's
help, consulted 18 government department and got 18 official seals
stamped, finally solved the various problems.
